Palm View villa is located within a prestigious gated community called Terra Verde. This fully air-conditioned four-bedroom villa is capable of sleeping up to ten people in comfort. The villa is fully equipped and has been furnished to a high standard. Complimentary wireless internet is available to all guests.
There are two master bedrooms, both furnished with Queen-size Pillow Top beds (same as King-size in the UK), built-in wardrobes, flat-screen HDTVs, and each with their own en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom with pool access also has a ceiling fan for additional comfort.
The third and fourth bedrooms are furnished with either twin beds or a solid bunk bed, have Smart TVs and share the third bathroom. We also provide a complimentary crib complete with bedding, highchair, toddler booster seat and baby changing mat. All bathrooms have hairdryers and pool towels are also provided. The Mickey bedroom has its own chair futon which directly faces the cable TV, doubling this bedroom into a fabulous lounge/sitting area for the children.
A fully-equipped kitchen with all the modern conveniences including a 25.3 cu. ft. side-by-side refrigerator with external ice/water dispenser is next to a neighbouring nook enabling meals to be easily prepared and eaten. Of course, if you prefer more formal dining there is a large dining table able to seat six.
There is plenty of space to relax or entertain in the spacious and comfortable living area which has a vaulted ceiling. Patio doors lead through to the deck and pool area. There's also a large 55-inch Smart HDTV and Blu-ray with a selection of DVDs, useful for young or old after a long day in the parks.
For your protection, the house is fitted with smoke detectors and emergency lighting.
Smoking is not permitted within the house.
Pool & Games Room
A games room has been set up in the garage with pool and table-tennis tables. There is also a laundry area in the garage where you will find the washer and drier.
The deck and sun pool are fully enclosed by a fine mesh screen which allows the sun through but keeps the bugs out. At night, the pool and surrounding area can be lit. A sheltered porch with patio furniture is also available for lounging ouside. For child safety, the deck area also comes equipped with a safety screen and all access doors have pool alarms to help prevent children accessing the pool unsupervised.

Take your holiday in the heart of the magic
As has been said so many times, location is an important factor when considering where to take your holiday, and Terra Verde Resort could not be better situated, being two miles down Poinciana Boulevards from US 192. Disney World, Universal Studio, Sea World and other notable attractions are just a short drive away.
All the shopping, diverse restaurants and sporting events that Orlando has to offer are only minutes away. Within an hour east are Kennedy Space Centre and the inviting Atlantic coast, and 90 minutes to the west are the stunning shores of the Gulf coast.
An added convenience is the location of a 24-hour super "Wal-Mart" only minutes from the gates, where you will be able to purchase all your groceries.

Car hire & park tickets
Follow the links below for car hire and park tickets. Whilst there are, of course, many other sites, these are the ones we recommend.
Park tickets can be collected from the office on the way to Disney or posted to your home address.
Rates
Low season: $850 per week.
Mid season: $950 per week.
High season: $1050 per week.
Peak season: $1150 per week.
These prices are for the entire villa and include 13% Florida Sales Tax.
Start dates are flexible, depending on the season.
The minimum booking is for one week but additional part weeks are acceptable if available.
Pool heat is an extra $120 per week, payable locally. (Recommended from November to April).
A non-refundable deposit of $150 per week is required at booking with the balance due 10 weeks before departure.
